2. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate or price provided by Cowboy Certified is based on the information available to us at the time of the estimate.

Actual pricing may vary depending on the condition of the property, the scope of work, materials required, labor, unforeseen conditions, or additional work requested by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee of the final cost of a service.

Additional work may require customer approval before it is performed.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and service details when scheduling an appointment.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window. However, arrival times may be affected by emergencies, traffic, weather, previous service calls, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Emergency Services

Plumbing and water-related emergencies can occur unexpectedly. While Cowboy Certified makes reasonable efforts to respond to emergency service requests as quickly as possible, response times cannot always be guaranteed.

Emergency service availability may depend on technician availability, location, weather, traffic, and the severity of other active service calls.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing Cowboy Certified with accurate information regarding the property and requested services.

Customers should also provide reasonable access to the areas of the property where work is requested.

Before service begins, customers should inform our technicians of any known hazards, property conditions, plumbing issues, previous repairs, or other circumstances that may affect the work.

6. Property Access and Conditions

Our technicians may need access to plumbing systems, appliances, walls, floors, ceilings, crawl spaces, basements, utility areas, or other portions of a property in order to diagnose or perform requested work.

Some plumbing or water cleanup work may require access to areas that are difficult to reach or may involve conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.

We will communicate with the customer regarding significant issues discovered during service whenever reasonably possible.

7. Water Damage and Restoration Services

Water damage and restoration work may involve conditions that are hidden or not immediately visible.

Cowboy Certified may identify additional damage, moisture, contamination, structural concerns, or other conditions after work begins.

While we make reasonable efforts to properly perform restoration and cleanup services, we cannot guarantee that all hidden damage or future water-related problems will be prevented.

Customers should promptly address the source of any water intrusion or plumbing problem to help prevent additional damage.

8. Payments

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed-upon charges for services provided by Cowboy Certified.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, financing options, or other payment arrangements may vary depending on the service and customer agreement.

Any applicable taxes, materials, labor, disposal fees, emergency service charges, or other agreed-upon charges may be included in the final invoice.

9. Warranties and Service Guarantees

Any warranty or guarantee offered by Cowboy Certified will be subject to the specific terms provided to the customer at the time of service.

Unless expressly stated in writing, information provided on this website does not create an additional warranty or guarantee.
